SPEAKERS
Deadline for the submission of summaries
will be on 15th July 2004. All communication summaries
received after this date will not be taken into account
for the assessment.
Scientific
contributions to CIAS2004 have to be orally presented
free communications and should be carried out in Spanish
and/or in English.
Contributions
could be signed by one or several co-authors, although
they can only be presented by one of them.
Communications
will be presented in 15 minutes time, as a maximum,
(10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).
To this purpose, they will have at their disposal: computer
projection, screen and projection technical staff. English/Spanish
simultaneous interpreting service will be provided.
Presentation should be brought in floppy disk or CD.
Video projection (VHS), Slide projection and overhead
projector can be provided upon prior request.
For
the evaluation of the communications by the Conference
Scientific Committee, the author should send a summary
which will include:

Short Title, clear and related to the content
- Introduction to the topic and objectives
- Materials and Methods used
- Detailed Results, Conclusions and/or Discussion
This
summary should have a maximum of 500 words and should
be presented according to the attached format.
Presentations
will be assessed by the Conference Scientific Committee,
which will decide on its admission to the presentation.
The senders of each summary will be informed about the
result of this evaluation before 16th July 2004. They
should provide the extended communications for its publication
before 15th September.
Communications
accepted for their oral presentation in the conference
will be grouped by subjects and its distribution will
appear in the final programme of the conference as well
as in its website www.cias2004.com. This information
will be available at the end of September 2004.

A
summary of the written communication will be sent in
the original application form. In case
of presentation via post mail, a floppy disk in Word
2000 format for Windows must be enclosed.
Summaries
received by fax will not be accepted.
